When you share information with us, by creating your account to use our applications, websites, content, products, goods and services (which together we refer to as the “Product(s)” or “Service(s)”) made available worldwide and possessed by Love Astrology and Horoscope Compatibility by Yodha Nepalese Vedic Center Ltd and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Yodha”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we use it to improve our Services. The Services is a marketplace that brings advice-seekers and independent, professional astrologers, ayurvedic experts and advisors (which together we refer to as the “Advisor(s)”) together through text messages, graphics, images, audio, video, or other types of communications. Thanks to this information we help you communicate with Advisors. As you use Yodha Services, we want you to be clear how we’re using information and the ways in which you can protect your privacy.
The Yodha Terms and Conditions of Use governs the access or use by you the Services. We encourage you to read it together with this Privacy Policy. Your access and use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by Yodha Terms and Conditions of Use, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and Yodha. If you do not understand the Yodha Terms and Conditions of Use, or do not accept any part of them, then you may not access or use the Services.

Because of this, after you update information from Yodha Services, we may not immediately update residual copies from our active servers and may not update information on our backup systems. Whenever you remove information from the mobile application or our web-site the copy on the Yodha servers will reside unless you specifically request it’s removal.

Information We Share

We do not share personal information with companies, organizations, and individuals outside of Yodha unless one of the following circumstances applies:
With your consent. We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Yodha when we have your consent to do so. We require your consent for the sharing of any personal information.
For external processing. We provide personal information to trusted businesses or persons, like Advisors, astrological content providers, and others, to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy.
For legal reasons. We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Yodha if it is reasonably necessary in order to:
– meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
– enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations.
– detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners – like publishers, advertisers or connected sites. For example, we may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of Yodha Services.
If Yodha is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information and give affected users notice before personal information is disclosed or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We work hard to protect Yodha and our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold.


Our Privacy Policy applies to the Services offered by Yodha, for example, Yodha applications in the Apple App Store, Google Play, Web-sites, etc.


Yodha reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to amend the Privacy Policy from time to time. Amendments will be effective upon Yodha’s posting of such updated Privacy Policy at this location or the amended policies or supplemental terms on the applicable Services. Your continued access or use of the Services after such posting constitutes your consent to be bound by this Privacy Policy, as amended. If You do not agree to the new Privacy Policy, please stop using the Services. When this Privacy Policy is changed (other than for typographical corrections or minor changes that do not alter its meaning), we will update the “Date of update” date at the top of the Privacy Policy.
